Refund & Returns

We want you to be excited with the products you receive from us, but if it int  just right we will be more than happy to offer you a return, exchange or refund. We do ask you do this within 28-days from the date of purchase. 

All we ask is that you return the item in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging we sent it to you in. You will also be responsible for return postage. 

Unfortunately we will be unable to except return on the following items, due to the nature of the products:

  • Jewellery
  • Food
  • Flowers
  • Beauty Products
  • Custom or Personalised items
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items
  • Gift Cards

Once we receive your item(s) we will let you know instantly and start issuing your refund using the same payment method you did. Please bear in mind this could take 5 -10 days depending on your bank or credit card company. If for any reason you don't receive your funds drop us an email (finance@just2have.co.uk) and we will investigate straight away.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If for any reason you are unable to do this please get in touch and we will assist you were we can, we are here to make you happy.

Damages or Incorrect Items
We are confidant that this will not be an issue as all our products are passed through quality control. We do ask that you please inspect your items as soon as you receive them and contact the team immediately (info@just2have.co.uk), if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As we are only human and sometimes mistakes can happen.
